      Pros

      When I worked there they pretend to be nice and do family events.

      Cons

      They are not an honest company. Even with clients they try to cheat them. They make you sign papers if you leave to not give you any compensation.

      Pros

      One of the best company cultures I've ever encountered! Amazing social perks, free lunches from any restaurant, massage, fitness, and home office benefits, etc. Very flexible and agile regarding work-from-home/work-from-office policies. Almost no limit on R&D activities—if you can change something, no one will stop you.

      Cons

      I'd like to receive higher salaries, but this is a general problem with almost all IT companies in Cyprus.
