Above all else, I can't say enough about how great my colleagues are. No company is perfect, but I genuinely find the inner workings of money movement fascinating, and I have yet to work with anyone at the company who isn't whip smart, kind, and always willing to answer a question or just catch up over (virtual) coffee. A company this size isn't going to have all the answers right away, and you'll have to be okay with being flexible, but the work/life balance is good, company policies are reasonable, and it's pretty great to actually enjoy interacting with those around you.
