They try & let you think you are joining this amazing company with all these benefits but really they scam and trap you in this MLM type of company. When you start working there they pay less than MCDONALDS or TARGET. You are basically better off working at these companies than Oscar Technology. Managers and leadership ridicule their team members if the KPIs are not met. Out of touch management. Basically a frat house with zero morals. You think you are entering the corporate world but it's all fake. SHARE AND BEWARE. You can also forget about having any sort of work life balance.
