Culture is destroyed (employee morale is all time low) Required to come in everyday or 3x a week Flat structure no clear path for growth Incredibly incompetent people can be in positions of power affecting your job directly Supergroup - the company that owns us keep firing people (will continue until 2028) You will have to attend a mandatory quarterly meeting where they will tell you how they've once again managed to make record breaking profits yet your salary increase or promotion request will be denied Sometimes you will have to put ungodly hours into your work to get something over the line because it was briefed last minute and is time sensitive (no OT pay) You can't eat at your desk anymore???
