      Open door policy up to the CEO, approachable and caring senior management, friendly and knowledgeable colleagues, appreciative clients

      Cons

      No longer has a physical office, need more holidays.

      -Employee Minded -Focuses on Retention -Open Communication -Welcomes Ideas from everyone -Open door policy -Clients' needs are important, they are not just a number -Delivery satisfaction and focus

      Cons

      The holiday days off/vacation days do not always align with the client holiday days off.
