Pros

1. You can learn a lot of things as a freshers. Mainly they are using java. Best place to start career & for learning java. Not good for long term employment. 2. Good number of projects. Easily get assigned to projects. 3. Salary on time. 4. PF is provided. 5. Good appraisal depending on project. 6. 2 years service agreement for freshers. 7. Cultural activities are conducting recently. 8. Helping seniors & friendly managers.

Cons

1. No work life balance, need to work over time. Multiple tasks will be assigned at a time & mostly very thing needs to be delivered at the same time, Mean while need to handle the juniors who are mostly freshers. 2. Product based company, need to learn latest technologies while switching job. 3. Old tech stack. Has some service projects, few projects are using latest technologies. 4. Most of the employees are freshers or new joiners or who have took career break. No quality team leads. Experienced employees are leaving due to salary package & stressful work environment. 5. Some projects are stress free. 6. 90 days notice period. But some employees gets relieved earlier. IT IS BASED ON PROJECTS & PROJECT MANAGERS. 7. Leaves are bit hard to get granted, it also depends on project & manager. Their is no leave encashment policy.

Pros

Opportunity to gain initial industry exposure Exposure to live projects

Cons

In my experience, the overall work environment was not employee-friendly. I often felt that employees were not valued or respected for their contributions. Communication from management was limited, and employee feedback did not seem to be seriously considered when decisions were made. One of the most concerning issues was salary delays. During such times, there was little transparency or reassurance provided to staff. Despite payment delays, there was no flexibility such as work-from-home options, which made the situation even more stressful for employees. Management practices also appeared inconsistent. I observed instances of favoritism, where certain individuals received privileges that were not extended to others. For example, small but visible differences in how people were treated — even in simple matters like refreshments — created an uncomfortable sense of partiality within the office. There also seemed to be limited job security, with unclear growth paths and frequent internal uncertainty and micromanagement. In some cases, individuals with only a few years of experience were promoted to technical manager roles despite lacking team management skills, which negatively affected team morale and project coordination. In such situations, structured employee feedback should be incorporated into the performance evaluation process for managers. Team members should have the opportunity to rate and review their managers, as leadership effectiveness is best assessed by those directly working under them. This would promote accountability, transparency, and better leadership development. To anyone looking forward to joining Ospyn..PLEASE DONT JOIN THIS COMPANY.

Pros

If you are lazy and want a mediocre career. This is your place.

Cons

I was asked to sign bond on joining day. No bond related talks in hr round or via my job offer mail. Joining day "Tada surprise". They literally taught nothing, I had to unlearn and learn new stuff from outside and attend interviews to escape from them. Years behind in tech culture. They have more people in senior level who doesn't understand basic tech stuff and they'll train you, for that you have to sign bond and pay it when you realise you are cheated and none of these skills apply in industry currently. Some freshers who comeby recommendations from leadership level don't have bonds.
