Cons
This is a terrible company with outdated technology, making it a dead-end for career growth. The management is filled with office politics, and policies change arbitrarily based on favoritism. There are individuals in leadership positions who are completely biased and unprofessional. Employees, especially women, are constantly monitored, and any complaints regarding harassment are ignored if the accused is a senior employee. There is absolutely no job security—if the company faces financial losses, employees are terminated without notice or placed on PIP to force them out. HR treats employees like criminals, confiscating their laptops and pressuring them to resign in humiliating ways. Micromanagement is rampant, and employees are treated more like slaves than professionals. Salary hikes are always delayed, and when they finally happen, they are minimal and unfairly distributed. Management keeps giving false promises about appraisals, but when the time comes, they either push the cycle forward by months or give excuses about company performance(but senior employees and managers will have meetings in 5 star hotels) Even high-performing employees receive little to no increment, while those favored by management get better hikes regardless of their contributions. HR is actively involved in suppressing negative feedback about the company. Previous honest reviews about the toxic work culture and poor management were reported and deleted, proving that the company is more interested in silencing employees rather than addressing issues. Instead of fixing the problems, they focus on covering them up.
