Pros

A lot of opportunity to initiate new projects, work with different departments Young, international team

Cons

Don't listen to feedback, provided some important feedback but nothing was done with it and the company did not perform an exit feedback interview Employees/management unaware/disregard privacy of sick employees Company was remote-first, changed their policy down the line and management used employee preference for WFH as a negative feedback point

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re sorry to hear that your time at Otrium didn’t fully meet your expectations. We strive to create an environment where everyone feels heard, valued, and supported, so it’s unfortunate to read that you didn’t feel your feedback was acted on and you weren’t offered an exit interview. Exit interviews are something we aim to conduct with all departing team members, and it’s concerning to hear this didn’t happen in your case. We also want to be clear that we treat personal information with care. We never share details about an employee’s health or absence without their explicit consent. Respecting privacy is a fundamental part of how we operate. We’ve indeed moved towards a more hybrid way of working over the past year. We remained committed to supporting all O-members — no matter where they live or work. Our goal is to ensure that everyone feels part of the team and has a sense of connection and belonging. Thanks for sharing your feedback. We will carry it with us as we continue to learn and grow.

Dear alumni O-member, Thank you for sharing your feedback and thank you for your work with us. :) We're glad to read you were able to get a lot of experience and exposure and we hope that was a plus for your future experiences. Regarding the layoffs, unfortunately, the last year has, just like for many other young companies, been very challenging. As part thereof, we had to take very difficult decisions that had a direct impact on our employees in the beginning of the year. We wish you all the best, People team
