* Incredible people - probably the most talented group of people I have worked with in my career * Interesting problems - from building a POS to solving hard data problems at scale, the work is always engaging * Culture - no toxic work culture things you see at large corp jobs (i.e. no empire building, no oneupmanship, no duplicate competing projects).

Management is chaotic because everyone come from a startup background and no one knows how to manage a company at such scale.
