Pros
- Great culture for someone young, inexperienced, and right out of college - Learn a lot in short period of time - Family-oriented - Decent money making opportunities if you worked with a good account manager on a honey-hole account.
Cons
- Worked 8am-6pm (+) every day, minimum. My offer letter was even for those hours. Isn't that illegal to require 50 hours week? - Pay. Holy geez. The pay. - To be promoted, there was only 1 way - sales.
