Pros
Our Media is a vibrant and positive environment. Teams are hardworking, loyal and professional, oozing talent in a creative and proactive environment. Lovely office in great location, with flexible working policy. Management teams are visible, friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend working here.
Cons
Little career progression, opaque pay-scales and sometimes limited opportunities for growth and learning. We also ended up doing quite a lot of unpaid overtime, though I don't think this happens across all teams.
