      Fast paced industry, a lot of talented people around

      Cons

      Poor management, with a lot of changes in the hierarchy, which disrupts leadership and teams. Also, a lot of "yes man culture" and all that BS that is meant only to cultivate leaders' ego.

      cool technology, awesome CEO, capable engineering and PM VPs

      Cons

      engineering/pm leadership needs help. the CPTO is not technical at all and has no product vision. However, the VPs of both engineering and PMs are all very technical and capable. They are limited by the CPTO though.
