      - Autonomy to challenge and change the status quo - Great Management team in Services Department: leading by example, with kindness and respect for others - Amazing culture built upon great people who continuously work to make Outsystems a better place to work

      - Career paths are not yet well defined for non-technical roles - Fast pace and hence quick adjustments in processes can often be tiring

      cool technology, awesome CEO, capable engineering and PM VPs

      Cons

      engineering/pm leadership needs help. the CPTO is not technical at all and has no product vision. However, the VPs of both engineering and PMs are all very technical and capable. They are limited by the CPTO though.
