Pros
The company has a great culture and that is "enforced" in employees from day one. The culture is created by a set of well defined behavioral rules that basically make everyone love the job every day. We treat everyone the same way. The work is challenging.
Cons
Honestly can't think of anything right know. Probably some processes inside the company still need to be more mature, and that is happening because the company is growing a lot and very fast.
