Pros
Open for dinner only, except on Sundays. Fun atmosphere to work in. Lots of teamwork to help bring out food and drinks. Great money on the weekends and holidays.
Cons
Small sections to give better service to customers, however if you have "campers" it hurts your ability to turn over tables quickly and make more money. If it is slow on the weekdays, hard to make money.
