Pros
Great students, occasional 4 day working week
Cons
4 day working week only if we have enough staff (which we never do), under staffed for the complex needs we deal with. Incredibly profit orientated, children they take in are like cash cows - they accept from local authorities, but don’t have staff and resources to meet the children’s needs. Staff injuries treated as the norm and where complex needs are concerned it seems the company simply doesn’t want to know about it. 4 day working week advertised but we only got it halfway through the year due to staffing and it’s held over staff as punishment, if you are sick you lose your day despite it’s being a “wellbeing” initiative.
