Pros

Fair compensation and benefits, good social cause to work for

Cons

Priorities shift every month. Hard to know if you’re doing well. Management cares but also doesn’t at the same time. You have to be a mind reader

Pros

At Outcomes4Me, I'm helping solve problems that directly benefit cancer patients. Seeing the real-world impact of my work on a regular basis is incredibly rewarding. The team here is fantastic – everyone's talented and always willing to collaborate, making even the toughest tasks enjoyable. This collaborative spirit extends beyond just daily work; there's a genuine sense of shared purpose that keeps us motivated. Outcomes4Me also understands the importance of work-life balance. The hybrid and flexible work schedule allows me to maintain a healthy balance between my professional and personal life. It's also inspiring to work under a CEO who's not just passionate about making a positive difference, but who also constantly pushes us to reach our full potential.

Cons

Being a smaller company, Outcomes4Me offers a dynamic environment where you'll wear many hats and be adaptable. While it requires the ability to pivot quickly, I find this challenging and rewarding – but it's definitely not for everyone. Transparency is key, so potential candidates should be aware of this aspect of the work style.

Pros

You work with some really great people within the company who are truly committed to its mission. That feeling is prevalent and tangible within the front-line.

Cons

The CEO is quite thin-skinned and often openly disrespectful of employees which bleeds downward into the organization. She also tends to surround herself with people who tell her exactly what she wants to hear which can translate into unrealistic product aspirations, requests that are not rooted in data or expertise, and shoddy deliverables. Due to the fact that her management team tells her what she wants to hear, she is completely unaware that many of them are adding little to no value to the company and are taking her for a ride.
