Cons
No respect for employees A lot of people get put into positions without any training and usually that does not pertain to what they were hired for and are doing the job of two or three people with out proper compensation. This is a constant theme here with a lot of people. You Do not get support from management, especially if you are a female and management is quite shady at times. They also have no clue what is going on with their team at all and are usually of no help. The politics there are ridiculous and all just to benefit said managers. Really bad communication from one team to the other. No room for real growth and not a place to go if trying to grow within one’s career. Fashion Designer should be used with a grain of salt, it is more production. Overall very unorganized and most people are very unhappy there. I would never recommend working there especially if you are to work under Bill or Frank, they are particularly untrustworthy and unreliable consistently looking out for themselves and often bully you along with HR. An overall a very toxic experience.
