No Job Security / Late Salaries - Copywriter Outgive Employee Review

They claim that they care for their employees when in reality they will terminate any time they want. It's bad enough to get laid off, but what's even worse is that we did not receive our last salary on the day that they promised. Still haven't received it until now. As a former employee, I'm not longer connected/associated with them so the least they could to do is give us an update with our salaries.
