I liked my team and direct supervisors.

The company leaders would say they value you but they don't. They laid off Filipino employees and only gave a severance pay equal to 1 month of pay - WHAT IS THAT. The company is unstable and losing money. They also micromanage with Hubstaff without even providing you a company laptop.
