Positive Workplace Culture - Graphic Designer Outgive Employee Review

I work under SI and have only been working here for less than a year but so far the company has really been able to foster a good work-life balance which is what I was really hoping for in a full-time position. HR and Team Leads consistently make an effort to cultivate a positive and encouraging atmosphere, people are approachable, workload has been manageable + my workmates have been really pleasant to work with. Overall, been very satisfied with my experience here and can only hope things continue to go smoothly!
