Thank you for your review, I am always open to constructive feedback from past and present employees. That being said, I think it is important to put your review into the proper context. Although the review is dated March 21, 2019, the claims stated occurred over 15-years ago when the company was named MAP Software. In 2004, we did install monitoring software on a few computers for a brief time, which all employees consented to at the beginning of their employment, and yes at that time we did have a no cell phone policy in our Employee Handbook. I do not recall the marker incident, so I am unable to respond to your accusation.
Quite honestly when I started MAP Software at age 24, I wasn’t thinking about culture or what it takes to hire and retain great people. Over the years I have learned a lot from my employees, and have become a more conscious and effective leader in part because their feedback. You obviously didn’t have a positive work experience at MAP Software, and for that I am sorry.
