Unachievable targets. Bad culture. Bad HR support. Good IT people inherited from Amadeus - bad finance/ banking people recruited from the market. Development frameworks used badly. Some employees working on IT projects still do not belong to Outpayce but to Amadeus. Bad planning and strategy; investing millions on projects just to flush them down the toilet a few months later.
