Pros
The only VFX house in England that pays OT. A studio that is actively trying to improve the "norm" in VFX, of long hours and little recognition. Management is actively trying to make Outpost a facility that is as much about a work/life balance as it is about quality VFX work and bad-ass projects. A management team that really cares for and listens to it employees!
Cons
The same downsides of working in VFX anywhere - Crunch time. Its happens everywhere, I dont hold it against any studio. Growing pains - the facility is growing rapidly, and because of that there are currently some related issues.
