      Global work environment. There are so many good projects in different sectors like Aviation, Energy, and Security Services. You always have opportunities for growth if you keep upskilling. Leadership connects with the teams regularly, which is a good experience to have.

      You have to be proactive in finding opportunities across projects and approaching managers.

      A good place to work for but again totally depends domain to domain.

      Cons

      Transportation issues (Cabs are provided, but not handled properly) CTC is comparatively low 365 days hiring, rather than figuring out the loopholes
