Pros

long hours. they think they are flexible, but not. supposed anytime pto and monthly company wide holidays that you can't take if you are scheduled to work that day. nice people, but anyone not progressive isn't going to fit in. unfair pay practices for anyone not in management for a progressive company tehy treat their agency contractors like nonhumans. no thanks to them. that's not my job. just saying that all their supply, media, engineering, and customer experience temp are not treated nicely. typical. good focus on minority and diversity, especially for bipoc and lgbtq company open to new ideas but doesn't followup.

Cons

long work hours to keep up. not paid overtime for non management unless they ask you although all the low people work more anyway cuz it's expected that you keep up. no one asks if you bill for all hours worked and they turn a blind eye. heard the salary lots of non supervisor people and salary them to avoid overtime which is illegal. they pay within job ranges but actual job duties have zero correlation to what people really do. managers don't watch carefully. lots of inexperienced managers who got promoted only cuz they were at bottom when corona virus started. got promoted for roles they weren't qualified. now they treat their contract replacements very condescending even though they were in lower roles a year ago. makes some bad business decisions. the new titles are a joke and divide. no diversity or outreach recruiting for people with disabilies or veteran status. old people are token or seen as a dad or the ceo figure. company say they are equal, but the workforce of internal contractors are outsiders who r mostly minority. its very hypocritical. business is going to crash. too much growth too fast for bizness not there

Pros

It’s virtual, you can somewhat choose your times.

Cons

Management was highly disorganized and communication was often poor. There was little to no formal training provided, and classes were frequently assigned at the last minute with little warning or preparation time. When I started, I clearly communicated that I was unavailable on a specific day of the week and was told this would not be an issue. Despite this, I continued being scheduled during those times and had to repeatedly remind management before changes were made. Even after adjustments, the schedule remained difficult to manage. Instructors were expected to prepare lessons outside of class time without compensation for preparation. Payment processes were inconsistent, and paychecks were frequently delayed, often requiring reminders and follow-up to receive payment. Overall, the students were enjoyable to teach, but the lack of organization, scheduling issues, communication problems, and payroll inconsistencies made the experience frustrating.
