Pros
The team at Outshine can't be beaten—everyone strives to do great work and genuinely cares about each other. The benefits package is high quality, especially given the industry, and the company provides additional perks to the team regularly. This is an agency without the #agencylife expectations of the grind. They work to retain their employees and provide a great work experience, compensation, and career growth.
Cons
Very few if any! I'd let anyone considering joining the team that most of the clients are based outside Atlantic Canada, so client calls take place often in the afternoon, and occasionally the evening, depending on time zones. (The team is encouraged to vary their working hours to accommodate this, as needed.)
