Work life balance is lacking. The more close to management the more highlighted.Doing this effects other employees productivity and adds unnecessary pressure to be in good books of management apart from work which effects employees mental health too .

Good place to learn how to be an expert through the challenges that come un expectedly. other than production team reaming all looks to be supportive and career friendly.

Top management team give illogical target to production team, Though the company makes profit they will make you believe they are under loss due to your mistake even if its not yours. May be my bad it was bad decision for me to work in that firm for two years. Worst thing is the work life balance and work culture in the production department.
