Pros
Small team, all very kind
Managers with lots of expertise
Frequent team meals together, very good office atmosphere.
Flexible working time, some teammates skip the lunch and finish their mission at 4pm, so everything is negotiable.
Cons
As a newly graduated student, I received very little training after I joined the company, in total less than 6 hours to get familiar with their product.
Mission often with no feedback due to managers' busy schedule, until I noticed that mission was reassigned to an external marketing freelancer, so I understood that managers consider it a waste of time to train me, and prefer to directly work with someone with 10 years experience to move things fast.
From that moment on, managers stop assigning me any marketing tasks but lots of administrative missions like finding a fire alarm company, sourcing an office cleaning service, locating a lost parcel, or procuring some company logo T-shirts.
Overall, it's a waste of time for both side, managers regret that they didn't think twice before they recrute a young graduate, and I didn't learn much during my missions, but just did a bunch of errands.
