Pros
Outsource Partners is not a bad place to work for, if you are into taxation, accounting, finance, or any such related field. Additionally, it is a good launch pad for freshers who have not had any real experience elsewhere. The organization has a process in place, they try to stick to the process and to give them credit, they do strive to succeed. The workstations are fantastic, the production areas are well lit and the office building is located in a lovely campus. They try to make the organization a good place to work for their staff and for the most part they do a decend job.
Cons
Mediocre people, there is hardly any opportunity to learn. HR is the pits, food is terrible, transport facility is inefficient to say the least, the crowd is not cosmopolitan, and there are way too many restrictions. The process is in place, but is flawed. In the process where I work, right individuals are not hired for the job. The managers are often clueless and have no idea who would be the right fit for their process. Work is monotonous and drab and there is very little fun. They really need to hire smarter people if they want to survive in this market.
