Pros

A lot of really nice people once you get to know them. Some good Accounts/Roles to work. Really great CEO with some fantastic ideas. Good open door policy. The Account Management team in particular are incredible and very professional and hardworking. Very good culture and values. Family Orientated

Cons

Way too much internal politics. Say one thing and do another, Change will be implemented right from CEO level but management doesn't buy in to it so nothing ever happens. It is like a rotating door at Outsource where people join and leave in a short space of time. Whilst i was there i counted over 10 in and outs in a 6 month period. If you are not in the Swindon office you are often forgotten about.

Outsource UK Response

Thank you for your feedback. We're delighted to report that the new, improved benefits package is now in place for 2017, with increased annual leave included. Our values and our people are incredibly important to us, so our new benefits package was created in response to employee feedback and to demonstrate our commitment to our colleagues. 2016 was a year of big change for us, including our new Academy training course. Inevitably some people drop out of that process. We're pleased to say that most people who join us stay for a long time.

Pros

I had a great experience working at Outsource UK, surrounded by genuine and supportive people. While the situation that led to me leaving wasn’t ideal, it ultimately led to a positive career change.

Cons

I initially inherited an underperforming and inexperienced team, but after bringing in my own hires, performance improved significantly, and two of those team members are still with the business today. However, over time, my entire team was gradually removed, but based on conversations with management I was going to be given an account of my own to develop. This didn’t happen and transparency is an area where they could improve. Within a few weeks this account was given to someone new without any discussion. After this I found it challenging to work in an environment where commitments were not always followed through. I was excited about the opportunity and the growth it would bring. However, I was left feeling overlooked and undervalued. This lack of transparency made it difficult to stay engaged, as it became clear that key decisions were being made without proper communication. It was frustrating to invest time and effort into a company that didn’t fully recognise or follow through its commitments. Despite raising this issue with management the decision was made to stick with giving the new hire the account. Ultimately, this experience pushed me to reconsider my career path, and while it was disappointing at the time, it led me to pursue a new direction that I am now grateful for.

Pros

No pros about working here

Cons

Toxic environment, very cliquey, dread coming to work. A lot of talking behind peoples back. Not flexible working (although states it is) Set days in the office and you must do at least 3 days per week, no flexi working times - long hours, 8:30-5:30 Openly talks about no career progression due to being a "small company" No bonus or staff incentives.
