Good pay and flexible hours.

The office building was not professional. Layout of office was poor. Some areas were unfinished and had people working in them. Their marketing material didn't match what they were currently selling.

Had some great coworkers, but that's it.

Owner is too involved in day to day, while knowing little about the industry. Take advantage of young kids, underpaying them relative to industry standard.
