Fantastic company to work for, owner is a great entrepreneur & visionary. Great team of people delivering leading edge technology. Fun company & a highly motivated team who are very focused on giving excellent customer support & delivering exceptional experience.

Would suit to have a Dublin office as well & hopefully that will come in time as the company expands.

Over-C is an excellent solution with heaps of potential. It's a place where autonomy is encouraged and I feel it allows people to be creative and open which is great! Customers are happy which is always a good sign and the work is being put in now to develop everything to a high standard to keep customers happy and bring in more business. The sports and social is also great, with many activities such as the book club, coffee mornings, as well as nights out and activities which you'd see often more in larger companies. It's a great place if you have the drive and motivation to work in a startup environment and want to make an impact! The people make it too! Good pay also in my personal opinion. There's a promise of more benefits coming too but until these materialise can't comment.
