Pros
- What really makes the company great are the people I work with. I couldn't have wished for a better team. First and foremost, they're good people, people I'm proud to call friends. Secondly, they're some of the brightest minds I've encountered. Forward-thinking extremely talented group of people that really like what they're doing, and it shows. Which leads me to my second point: - Kick-ass, differentiated technology. It's rare to see a tool that not only demos well (doing tradeshows with this and seeing people's faces is as fun as it gets), but it actually works and solves an actual problem. - Great activities - We have Yoga classes, TRX, the occasional happy hour / beer drinking. Sometimes employees we hang around after work to play card games, and we usually eat lunch together, which is great as you get to actually know the people you work with. - Flat organization - The company has a relatively flat structure/ This means that any employee can speak to any manager/executive and offer ideas. From CEO to the newest employee, everybody are entitled to have their opinion heard. If you can back that with numbers, all the better :)
Cons
- This is a fast-growing start-up company. If you're looking for a laid back 9 to 5 job, this isn't the place for you. It's hard work, and requires commitment. - Another pain of being a start-up is that the processes are being built. It does give a lot of room for people to get involved, which is great, but people who are looking for super organized and documented tasks, won't find it here.
