Good idea, terrible culture and leadership - Anonymous employee Overbond Employee Review

CEO is a terrible leader, oblivious to company issues and clueless about product, engineering, design, sales, marketing, pretty much everything, while insisting on micromanaging it all. Zero vision or direction, company focus changes every two months without explanation, employees are left in the dark. Company culture of lying, both to employees in internal meetings and to clients, about the capabilities of the company's products. Crazy "town halls" where employees have to prepare book reports on random chapters in old business management books and then sit around while the CEO monologues, spouts various nonsensical platitudes, and refuses to allow any actual company issues to be raised and discussed. Company has shrank from 20+ full time employees in 2017 to under 10 in 2018 due to a lack of available funds.
