Pros
25 years working for this company - it gets sold every 3-5 years. If you can get into management, you'll get paid a living wage for a constant headache - akin to banging your head against a brick wall.
Cons
Started out and worked for years as a premium auditor and loss control inspector, then worked as a reviewer, middle management and finally at Home Office. I know where the bodies are buried. Field Reps can only make a living if they cheat. I've seen many get fired for forging signatures, etc. If you do the job as management trains and expects, you'll make less than minimum wage, and you'll run the wheels off your car. Upper management is constantly working on ways to pay less and make the employees think they're making more. Seriously, any other premium audit fee company will do you better. These are, unfortunately, the used car salesmen of the insurance industry, and that's an insult to used car salesmen.
