Pros
There are no pros. This is the worst company to work for. I was warned that they treat their employees really bad and don't pay them anything. I should have listened.
Cons
There pay is terrible. Their benefits are the worst. You only get one week vacation for the first five years. You don't get any sick days. So guess what if you are sick you have to use your vacation days or your lousy three floating days they give you. The expect so much productivity out of everyone with no pay in return. They won't let you have any overtime but one hour. Yet I worked 50 to 60 hours every week just trying to meet their production.
