Pros
Overland offers great flexibility and compensates their employees based on performance. Bottom line is if you work, you are rewarded. If you "just get by", you are compensated as such. A very professional occupation, with tremendous support in the event a need or concern arises. As an audit firm with several customers nationwide, there are also opportunities to work in other regions and states. There is a very large inventory to allow you unlimited opportunities.
Cons
If you are not self motivated, this may not be the job for you. You are required to actually work and not stay home and watch tv!! You need to arrange appointments, perform and complete on your own schedule, and if you are lazy, it becomes too easy to become procrastinate. Not really a con, just reality
