      Pros

      Team is nice and friendly. Working practice was pretty flexible. Working on a product users love which is having a positive impact.

      Cons

      Now owned by a larger entity, the old founder has left, it became more profit focused. Can be hard to get change through.

      Very limited pros I can think of

      Cons

      DEI is often talked about but never actually implemented. Very big culture of micro-management. Not the right environment for anyone to thrive, especially not someone of color.
