Some people, especially in production are quite knowledgeable. Some interesting work, if you are lucky to get it. Asda nearby.
Cons
Team leads seem to have excuses for every issue or concern raised by employees. Lack of communication from top down. Some team leads are purely there to please their bosses. Not much scope for personal progression. Unrealistic project timelines. Hard work ends up getting penalised, not appreciated at times.
