      Good pay. Flexible schedule. Sign-on bonus. Quarterly bonuses. Great holiday party.

      Cons

      2 weeks vacation doesn't start until after a full year. There's no plan for vacation commensurate with experience. Health care benefits don't start for 90 days. A pro-rated vacation plan where you accrue hours per week would be better.
