Pros
1. Learning is fine. Because of work pressure you will learn so much here. So many projects will be there, According to the deadline you will have to complete it anyhow. 2. Salary on time.
Cons
1. Time flexibility is not there. 2. You can not get late than 15 mins otherwise you will get a threat of half day from the management. 3. Evening break will be said as 15 mins, But you can not take more than 10 mins. 4. If It is WFH, then any how you need to reply on time, Even you can not get 5 mins late to reply any messages from the company. 5. According to the work load you can work 3 more hours after the office hours, you won't get paid for that, But if you get late in the morning even for half an hour then they will threat you for deducting your salary of half day. 6. Some hidden rules of the company which management does not inform to the employees at the time of joining : - once you get an increment you will not be allowed to give notice before 6 months after that otherwise they will not pay you and won't provide any certificate. - Your leaves are not paid and at the time of notice period , these leave will be collapsed. (You will get to know about this when you are putting paper to the management)
