I haven't experienced any PM/ticket slop - Genuinely positive team, high spirits, really strong growth - Great comp and unlimited PTO (and people actually take it) - Adam is actually a great leader & CEO - Media team makes very hype videos, it's easy to get excited about the company - Plenty of runway

- It's too late to be in the first-few-employees window anymore. There's always something out there to be earlier at, but there's still plenty of room to grow - Our CI checks are kind of frustrating but this will likely be resolved soon

- Customer obsessed, mission driven - Strong level-headed exec leadership - AI-pilled but in a healthy way, not in an ideological way - Rocketship business - Strong high-talent passionate engineering team - “Good vibes” culture, very friendly and welcoming, people-centric - Remote friendly

- Moving fast with AI has meant cutting corners, lots to clean up - Dev ex is still fairly immature - Comp is not quite as competitive as other AI-era companies, but getting better over time - SF office is hard to get to and far even for SF residents
