Pros
The one bright spot at Oxa is the incredibly talented team—especially the software engineers, who are some of the smartest and most driven people you’ll meet. They're often the ones leading the charge and finding solutions despite the lack of real leadership. Unfortunately, even their brilliance isn't enough to outweigh the broader issues, and many end up leaving in search of better environments where their efforts are truly valued.
Cons
Oxa is a deeply disappointing place to work. Leadership is weak and unaccountable, with managers quick to deflect blame rather than own up to issues. The CEO is virtually invisible—more of a PR figure than an actual leader—and fails to provide any meaningful direction or support. Promises made during hiring are consistently broken, leaving employees frustrated and disillusioned. Overall, the culture is toxic and the company falls far short of what it claims to be.
