Pros
We constantly grown and expand which gives lots of opportunity for growth and to learn. The managers are involved daily, they are present and take responsibility. Its a very welcoming environment, right from the first interview i felt at home, comfortable and able to be myself. The company is not adverse to changes or making things better and we re-invest a lot back into our qualifications and technology., this ultimately makes everyone happier and our jobs easier. I work in the enrolment team and make very good money which provides well for my family. Happy and content doing a great job making others better. Proud to work here and make the difference we do.
Cons
Car parking can be a bit problematic and by that i mean we sometimes have to park in the overflow car park if the main one is full, bit on the converse it's 30 seconds away and all parking is paid for by Oxbridge and we are not in the clean air zone chargeable area.
