Pros

Relatively good pay but that doesn't make up for the nastiness they practice.

Cons

The egos in this company are crazy. People are not kind.

Pros

Great leadership that communicates clearly and leads by example. Surrounded by top-tier talent—you learn something new from your coworkers every day. Generous PTO and holiday time that truly allows for work–life balance. Excellent 401(k) match that makes long-term planning feel supported. Strong health benefits with solid coverage options. Managers who genuinely listen and focus on developing their employees’ strengths and career paths. High expectations for top performers, which creates a culture of excellence. Flexibility when needed, whether for personal appointments or life events. Coworkers who often become true friends, not just colleagues.

Cons

The fast-paced, high-performance culture may feel demanding at times for those who prefer a slower environment. Because expectations are high, workloads can occasionally spike during busy periods. As with any growing organization, some processes are still evolving and can be refined.

Pros

-Oxford truly puts clients first. Every team, every process, and every decision ties back to delivering exceptional advice and service. It’s energizing to be part of a firm that takes its purpose seriously. The organization sets a high bar for excellence and gives employees the support to reach it. -Growth, development, and continual improvement are real priorities, not slogans. -Strong, Supportive Culture: People here intentionally choose to be at Oxford. Colleagues are loyal, collaborative, and deeply committed to the firm’s long-term success. You feel part of a team that genuinely wants to win together. -Private Company Advantages: Oxford’s ownership structure allows for long-term thinking. We do what’s right for clients and employees without the short-term pressure you feel in public or PE-backed companies. No penny-pinching, no flavor-of-the-month initiatives. -Exceptional Benefits & Perks: Compensation is competitive, and benefits are generous—healthcare, retirement, wellness, and more. The firm also invests in fun, memorable events that bring people together and celebrate success.

Cons

-High Expectations: The culture is driven; excellence is the standard. This is a great environment for people who want to perform at a high level, but it may feel intense for those seeking a slower pace. -Fast Growth Requires Adaptability: With the firm evolving quickly, priorities can shift. Employees who embrace change will thrive, but it’s not the right fit for someone who prefers a static environment.
