The pay is exceptionally good for unionized employees. There are lots of opportunities for mobility and growth due to the size of the company.
Cons
Despite managing such big properties, the company has much potential for improvement in terms of organization, communication between different levels of hierarchy, process standardization, and encouragement of merit among its employees. Moreover, the greatest benefits only come with a full-time contract, a milestone that could take half a decade to reach.
