Pros
They give a lot of support, and you can have a voice They have additions to teaching that can help earn income, with advice on how to do so You are connected to the other teachers, so there is a sense of community Much less work than being a solo teacher because of collaboration
Cons
Classes are sometimes cancelled due to different reasons, but from my experience, they do replace them when there are enough available.
