7yFirst, thank you for the feedback. You raised quite a few points which I will not address individually but I will say that it is not our intention that any employee feels this way. It is important that you share any concern that you have with the HR team. We are here to address your concerns and support you. I myself believe that we do have qualified individuals, and succession planning in place to assure leadership is selected on established competencies and future potential. Our goal is to continue to create a positive work experience for our employees, but we need your feedback. So again, please stop by HR and share your concerns.
