Smaller company with not a lot of room for career growth

Oyova has been a great place to work. The office environment is open and has a pretty upbeat feeling. There is always music going in the office and there are occasional days where we'll even have movies or comedy shows going in the afternoon. Vacation policies are very lax as long as you're getting your work done. Having the flexibility to occasionally work from home is nice. Great group of guys to work with as long as you're somewhat similar in your interests and hobbies. They can be pretty geeky in some aspects so being of a similar cultural fit would be ideal.

Occasionally the music going in the office can get pretty dull. Keep a pair of headphones handy. Occasionally overtime is required for a deadline. It isn't the worst thing as you are paid for it, but after a long day its not the most ideal thing to have to do. Benefits such as dental insurance aren't amazing.
